Hotel Colón Salinas

en desayuno todo bien, la habitación no estaba limpia, no había papel.

Yo fui con un grupo de amigos, ellos tenían una reservación diferente a la mía, soy consciente de ello, la señorita de la recepción fue muy amable y dijo que pasemos a la cena, fuimos todos en grupo, pero yo tenía solo desayuno incluido; la verdad el viaje y el cansancio no nos percatamos. La señorita que estaba en el salón del buffet fue grosera y me dijo que ya comí, que debo pagar y le digo que como así, ni si quiera me dejo explicarle que estaba de acompañante con mis amigos y que ellos me brindaron, por lo que para no pelear accedí a pagarle, pero no me parece que viéndome todo el tiempo no me haya advertido antes. Porque vio que manilla tenía; sino hasta el final haciéndome pasar un momento vergonzoso.

i liked the location and the food

I didn't like the beach in front of the hotel. They should make it more accessible to guests. They should clean it up and put in some palm trees to make it look nice.

It was very difficult to check-in late, past 10pm. There was far too much confusion and delays. They picked up the breakfast buffet 45 minutes early each morning. They added a hidden charge of $140, whiuch Expedia got refunded to me. The place and the rooms are beautiful, but the attitude and service is despicable.

Food was nasty, alcohol bad quality and the hotel was dirty

Staff separated the family into two rooms in separate buildings far from each other. Wifi didn't work well. Room air conditioning was ancient and didn't work well. Water pressure was poor. Room's floor was dirty.

Was and uncomfortable stay for an overprice room

nice location, good meals and the hotel is clean , nice and the area is safe!

Property looks nice, room good except for the bathroom needs upgrades for the price paid compared with other facilities at main cities I stayed in my visit to Ecucuador

The fitness center was noisy, dirty, and filled with non guests. Area around the hotel felt unsafe.

Location is great, right in front of the beach! Breakfast is ok but nothing special.

This hotel is great value but starts to look a bit out of date.
