Me dijeron que la habitación suite tenía vista panorámica jamás me dijeron que eran más de 60 escalones para la habitación y no te preguntan antes que tal si tienes un familiar en silla de ruedas o con alguna incapacidad

el lugar es bonito, acogedor, la vista excelente, muy bajo nivel de ruido desde el exterior, bien comunicado para la zona de centro de convenciones y servicentro además del fácil acceso para turistear a la zona de la ruta don Vasco

The staff and the rustic aspect of the building, the architecture.

Rustic doesn't have to mean old. The room I was assigned was at the top of a sort of a tower, wi-fi didnt work proper there, for 20 minutes I had to sit down at the top of the stairs with my door open to get some signal on. Second, no hot water in that room, never hot, lukewarm at its best. Then you imagine coming from a 18h long trip, to a coldish shower at 12am. The staff helped a lot, they were very accessible and willing to help. But no, not worth what you pay and definitely not a 4 star location

"Rustico, falta mantenimiento y acceso a personas con movilidad reducida."

La estancia en general estuvo bien, el hotel es un poco rustico, consideramos que lo mejor fue que la cama era cómoda.

El Internet definitivamente fue deficiente, en la semana que estuvimos en ningún momento tuvimos conexión a Internet, teníamos que movernos a otras áreas del hotel como en recepción o el comedor para tener conexión, en la habitación jamás se conectó en ninguno de nuestros dispositivos. Adicional tienen una sola entrada y es una rampa bastante inclinada, si tienes dificultad motora seguro será un problema.
