Spend your money elsewhere. Was charged an extra fee for shortening my stay from 2 days to 1 day. I booked under the reward member rate. It was not prepaid non-refundable. The employee tried saying I had a multi night discount. My confirmation email says reward members rate. Do not trust this hotel with your card information. The hot tub was out of order too. I shouldn't have tipped since they stole money regardless. I was charged a $35 MISC charge. In the photos I posted the confirmation email compared to the folio I received after checking out
