Extremely poor experience and a complete disappointment. I normally don’t leave low ratings, but this time I will not make a compromise—just as they didn’t make one for me. From the very beginning, we were faced with an absurd situation—a receptionist who did not speak English. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. When I tried in the evening to ask about parking availability, not only was communication impossible, but her attitude clearly showed that we were a nuisance simply because she couldn’t understand us. As a result, I was forced to pay for external parking. Breakfast was beyond disappointing—extremely poor, low quality, and frankly embarrassing. The drinks tasted like watered-down sugar, and the food selection was minimal. I personally couldn’t even have breakfast. When I took one packaged biscuit per family member (after we had already paid for breakfast), I was met with shouting from a staff member in the restaurant. The behavior was extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, completely ruining our family’s mood. ❗️This alone is enough reason for my low rating.❗️ The room also failed to meet any acceptable standards—cramped, uncomfortable, and visibly unclean. There were hairs on the bedding, and the shower door in the bathroom was broken. Is this supposed to be a 4-star hotel? On top of that, for five people there were only two power outlets available, which is simply unreasonable and highly inconvenient. Honestly, this place does not meet even basic standards for a normal stay. There are plenty of better and cheaper alternatives in the area.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and it was quite nice overall. The location is great, really close to the beach and easy to get around. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Colazione fantastica, molta scelta e qualità ottima, cortesia del personale alla reception, posizione centrale.

anche se il locale colazione era bello e con ampio terrazzo esterno, il personale ( almeno in due) era li fermo a guardare tutti il che metteva un pò in soggezione, non è bello essere fissati mentre si scieglie cosa prendere al buffet..
