Staff could do a better job of protecting guest privacy by better monitoring invasive guests. A 2 night stay could have been enjoyable had I not had an additional party won floor above who on rambling through his room knocking on the walls and taking calls for the length of my 2 night stay. It felt like a waste of money. Sound proof the buildings EVRRYWHERE? ?

Honest precise Review: Hotel Staff/Greeting - Fine Pleasant Room- OK -Couch is hard/small not comfy. TV is great! Fairly large and allows for stream services if you have your own subscription. Nice touch. Bed is OK. Shower OK Breakfast - OK Conclusion It’s clean. Pleasant but just OK. Have tried another hotel in area much better. I believe they are trying to offer a nice experience and in a sense it’s not bad. If they changed the couch to more relaxing I believe that would help a great deal. You literally cannot sit on the couch and allow your body to rest in it. It’s very stiff and small as far as sitting.

nice room with separate bedroom and living room, 2 TVs so no arguments with the wife on what to watch. Breakfast was surprisingly pretty good, better than I expected. Fitness center was fine, really enjoyed the hot tub. Would stay here again

I loved my room

I didn’t like the person I checked in with didn’t make me aware of breakfast times , check out time or any of the amenities. Also the pool was very warm & the elevators definitely freaked us out.

Great location, newly renovated lobby and perfect for visiting the Wheaton area. Came back for our daughters college graduation and celebrating an engagement in the area. We have stayed here multiple times and always have received great customer service. In a gool location for restaurants and access to I-88 which is easy to travel into Chicago or west.

I was impressed with the very friendly accommodating staff. Stayed in a one bedroom suite with queen bed. Next time I would pick the basic king room. The layout of the suite felt small and there is no oven. The cleanliness of the kitchen and dishes were very impressive. The shower head was crazy high up for a 8ft tall person! The shower was not enjoyable. The bed was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the extra towels as needed on request. The pool table is great! The swimming pool seems basic I didn’t go in but it’s perfect for kids. The breakfast is okay, limited dairy free or vegan options. Parking is convenient and you can access the building with a keycard by the side doors easily. I stayed in a room that had a view of a brick wall which made it seem dark in the room. The overall vibe of the hotel is quiet and laid back. I would stay again.
