Room was in bad shape. Poor maintenance. No wastepaper baskets, faucent in bathroom clogged, Burnt out light bulb in room and bathroom, difficult to breath due to dust in air, window had to be repaired while there, etc

Everything. It was loud and a lot of disturbance. Seem a lot of people actually live there. They use drugs and play loud music all night.
