Sheets were disgusting we had to ask for another set of sheets . The front desk had us go to the counter to get the sheets . Blood on the luggage carrier we asked for assistance and got ignored . Asked for assistance to check out 3 ladies speaking spanish not aware that my family speaks spanish as we stood there while they talked amongst themselves. Facility was just gross and for 100 a night id expect it to be clean and staff helpful

The place was not clean

The hotel is in a prime location, 10 min away from downtown. The staff was friendly and apologetic about the wait time to check-in.

You can hear everything from outside which makes trying to sleep/rest very difficult. The water took about 20 minutes to finally get warm enough to shower. The accent chair in the room was very stained/dirty. The bed had crumbs when we laid down.

Great location. Friendly, helpful staff.

Elevator is incredibly slow. Walls are very thin, we heard a lot of noise (including a screaming child) throughout the time. Also, the WiFi needed to be refreshed multiple times a day.

The location was great. They accommodated an early check in which was great too.
