The pool was nice and the staff was very friendly

You could feel all the bones in the sofa bed it was very uncomfortable, the included breakfast was not the best compared to other hotels I’ve stayed. The location kinda feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere

Nice hot breakfast. biscuits, and gravy, eggs sausage you can make your own waffle. You could have cereal you could have a bagel, muffin, toast all the choices!

It said there was a hot tub in there is no hot tub. Kids enjoyed the warm pool..

The only problem with our stay was that there were no eggs at the breakfast. We had last stayed there in December 2019. Your hotel is just about halfway from where we were at an event with our son near Detroit. The person who welcomed us at the desk was very, very kind and friendly. His name was Peter Narish I believe.

The room was clean and the staff was nice

The hotel is in desperate need of updating and basic maintenance in the rooms. Between a loose door handle, a clogged tub, a slow draining sink, a TV remote that needed batteries, and TVs that needed either new mounts or to be fixed better on the mounts that were there, there are just basic things that should’ve been taken care of by now. Also, there is just absolutely nothing around the hotel other than a gas station.

Close to the interstate

Pool was not working and we had all our grandchildren ready to go swimming. A huge disappointment. Rooms were not cleaned during our stay. Facility is older and not the cleanest.

The location is great! But needs updating

The shower curtain rod in room 425 was falling down. Which lead to the shower curtain not staying up. Which lead to water all over the bathroom floor. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. 3 light bulbs were burned out. The room stunk like mold, wet clothes. The sink outside the bathroom, the hot and cold handles were switched (the hot handle is on the cold water and vise verse)
