Freundliches Personal, exzellente Lage, großes Einzelzimmer.

Dusche in der Badewanne ist etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.

Der Service (Rezeption, Frühstück, Reinigung, Techniker,...) ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Frühstück riesen Auswahl! Ist für jeden etwas dabei. Lage ist perfekt! Sehr zentral.

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Teppich usw.) Aber es finden zurzeit Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Von diesen bekommt man als Hotelgäste zum Glück nichts mit :-)

Blízkost centra, klid v hotelu, z okolních pokojů nebylo nic slyšet.

Na snídaních si nebylo kam sednout a obsluha nestíhala doplňovat jak nádobí tak jídlo.

"An amazing city"

Central location in the city. Close to all the tourist attractions. The market square was amazing and trying to find the local gnomes added a spe ial element to it. Everyone was so friendly. The food was reasonably cheap and there was a huge selection of restaurants to choose from . I would fully recommend Wroclaw as a place to visit. The breakfast was very good and had a varied selection of food.

The rooms didn't get cleaned until at least 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Unfortunately the gym was being renovated although in the 5 days there no work was carried out.
