"Our stay was very good and we would stay again."

The hotel was all good. We were only there one night as we were moving on the next day. The onsite restaurant was very welcome and we had dinner and breakfast there. As the hotel is out of the way, there really weren’t any other dining options, so it’s good there is a Moxi’s onsite. The shuttle from YVR is good.

No complaints.

"Booking.com suck"

The hotel was all right, but it wasn't for me. I booked for someone else. She said the place is nice. What is really suck is the booking.com platform. I have pronlems with them every time I use it. Do you know of a good canadian platform? I mentioned 2-3 times I was booking for someone else. Sure enough, when she got to the hotel, she got denied.

"Misleading stay, park & fly"

Reservation was booked for long term parking with airport shuttle. Upon check in it was revealed parking was not included and the lot was full anyway. Full credit to Manpreet who was compassionate, understanding and had solutions. Unfortunately this meant moving our vehicle to a sister hotel in the morning to catch the shuttle from there. Not convenient - room was small & cramped with a very noisy climate system. Stay, park & fly didn't work out as advertised. We did get to where we needed and booked our return accomodation at the hotel where we had to park.

"Great value, great location, would stay again!"

Location was in the area I wanted, bed was relatively comfortable, and the price was better than anything else in the area. Free shuttle from and to the airport is a big plus! They also provided me some complimentary snacks which really impressed me, Canadian hospitality!

The curtains didn't completely block out the light, which made working at the singular table in the room a bit hard as I had to deal with both window light and the room lights.

Lay over in Vancouver was made nicer by a good sleep at the Sandman Hotel by the airport.
