"Great spa/hotel to stay at! "

Beautiful property and super nice rooms. Everyone was very friendly, the spa experience was amazing, and the restaurants were delicious as well. Got to use the gym, which honestly had everything you could possibly need, and all the equipment was not dated at all. The room had a mini fridge which came in handy, there was a microwave to warm food up in downstairs in the lobby, and a nice selection of snacks to choose from. 10/10 would come back here, and would recommend this place for solo travelers, friends looking to go on a spa getaway, or families (ideally without little children, just to maintain the peaceful vibe of this place- but I’m sure children are welcome lol)

Nice location that makes it easy to get around the region. Quiet and comfortable for a good night sleep. Excellent Japanese/Korean fusion restaurant. Easy access to very popular spa.

Staff was polite, helpful. Rooms need to be updated from furniture to bathrooms, linens. King bed had 4 small cushions to sleep on behind furniture there were dust bunnies, furniture was old & painted to look new, wall paper was peeling, walls & doors chipped

I really enjoyed the Keona spa and the room was great. It would have been better if there were massages, facials or body treatments available. The hotel and spa are a nice get away from every day affairs. I am looking forward to my next visit. A weekend package would be a nice touch.

This property is very lovely - welcoming and clean and spacious. My only suggestion is to increase your number of disability parking spaces. Two, fairly near the main entrance are hardly enough for the size of this facility. Yes, there are also a few near a lower entrance - perhaps near the spa but not enough near the main entrance.
