Novotel St Kilda

Good location, parking was a nightmare. Expensive and cheaper to park in the neighbouring hotels carpark rather than their own.

Left my glasses in the room, called the hotel 6 hours after we left. Yes they have my glasses, please fill out the forms. Got the email, filled out the return forms immediately. Called the hotel 3 times a day 9am, 11am and 7pm for 6 days. Not one answer. Called hotel on partners phone, got an answer right away, they were going to post the glasses that day. Never received, could no longer get an answer from my number or my partners number. Terrible service.

La verdad, el hotel estaba muy limpio y al lado de Santa Kilda. La zona no es ni de lejos lo que era, pero eso obviamente no es responsabilidad del hotel.

La ducha en nuestro cuarto estaba habilitada para discapacitados. Se salía todo el agua cada vez que nos duchabamos. Nadie nos informó de ello y tampoco nos dieron opción de cambio. El restaurante del hotel está siempre cerrado. Y la cafetería abre de mañanas pero creo que la atienden desde recepción.
