"Overall, it was good, but very pricey for one night"

It was close to college campus and close to places where we could get food

Our hotel room or the hotel in general seemed very damp and musty. I was worried about mold. It was under construction, so there were less parking spots in the parking lot.

February, I reserved a King Suite and was charged for the price of a King Suite. When we arrived, we were told they had no suites and the only room available was a double queen room. I asked for a refund and was refunded all but $989 for a three-night stay in a room listed at $120 a night with taxes. In trying to solve this I am getting directed back to hotel and hotel directs me back to Expedia. What good is an Expedia reservation if this is how we are treated. I can't even get an itemized bill for charges. I will never stay at this hotel again. I am so disappointed with Expedia.

I didn’t like that the toilet is so low to the floor. Needs to be replaced with a new comfort height toilet. Also, the desk chair will not go up and is also very low. Otherwise all seems great.
