"Nice location and place bad luck stay for me"

Location

Carpet dirty and sticky. They tried to clean . Both TV’s didn’t work. They didn’t fix until bed time 2nd night. NO maid service! They forgot me. Had to call for towels and cleaning when I got back late. I SHOULD GET MONEY BACK FIR THIS ONE! $800 ridiculous

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and cheerful. Good coffee, great room layout.

The breakfast was ok. Would prefer the eggs to be real and not powdered. More selection would be better. Would be nice to have a bar on site.

When I walked in I was greeted with a smile at the front desk. I felt welcomed instantly. I can't remember her name but she was very accommodating. I even got a text a little while after checking in to see if I need anything!
