They didn’t have our room when we went to check in.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for including a super comfortable bed and a great view. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality experience

Breakfast was beyond expectation

Night one, I didn't like the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night /early morning. Also, the duration of the alarm was ridiculous. I don't like the fact that you can hear everything that's going on in the hallway. My second night, the guest across the hall was having a party, and that lasted into the middle of the night, and I could hear the party from my room.

Room reeked of bleach.

The only problem during our 4 day stay was the fire alarm came on twice, once in the early morning and once at 4:00 am. Both were false alarms but everyone had to leave the building and wait for the all clear from the fire department. I don’t know who’s responsible but it needs to be addressed as it hurt our stay.

I would not choose to stay here again. This was a weird one. Had good reviews but I don't know why. Overall the room was okay as far as cleanliness, bed comfort and condition. That was the good. Now the bad. Staff was friendly. Breakfast - worst hotel breakfast i have ever had. The reconstituted eggs served in the places are not good to begin with, these were by far the worst I have ever tasted. I don't know what they did to these things but they were atrocious. I had one bite and the rest ended up in the trash. I ate out at my own expense at a nearby diner. Toilet in room. This was so bizarre. The toilets were very low to the floor. Not comfort or standard height, but like the toilets you would find in a kindergarten. If someone has mobility issues they may not be able to use them. I do not know what they were thinking to install that model but a very poor decision. The area is run down. Three restaurants across the street. An Indian restaurant, a Bob Evans that did almost no business and an Olive Garden. The Olive Garden got a little business. These are all kind of hidden on a dead end road. Next to the hotel was a closed down gas station and there was another building with no active business. No reserved spots for Hilton Diamond members. No.covered portico at the front to check in or unload. Fully exposed to the rain when unloading luggage. There are plenty of restaurants in a 5 to 15 minutes drive.

Quality was middle of the road but selection was great.
