Absolutely nothing

Well, on the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful - although you usually had to stand at the front desk and cough to get their attention, so they’d look up from their phones and come out of the office and speak to you. Seems to be a common theme. Same in the breakfast room - sitting in the pantry on their phones while coffee etc. has ran out. The breakfast btw is pretty terrible - especially the cooked food. I didn’t know it was possible to make scrambled eggs taste that bad.. The worst aspect of the hotel though was the state of the room - carpet filthy, with coffee stains, numerous bare patches. The whole room smelled bad and I suspect it’s due to the carpet. Curtains were full of holes, so in the morning the light comes in. Plasma tvs which have to be nearly 20 years old, the picture so dim you’d need night vision goggles to watch anything. One of the best days of my life was checking out of this place.

Checked into room 263. No working bathroom lights, couldn’t be fixed. Moved to 163 . Ceiling leaking!!!! Move to 453 - no water next day! Literally, THE WORST experience in my life. I will NEVER use booking.com or visit a Hilton ever again. Like, 3 different rooms in one night and no water!!!! Sounds illegal to me……….

The hotel was scheduled to have their water service temporarily shut off for a few hours. I would have appreciated having the information beforehand as it happened mid morning and lasted a few hours. I knew from past experience to inquire if the building is undergoing repairs or renovations and feel that that would have been the perfect time to inform me of the upcoming water issue NOT when I’m checked in. The staff however, was very kind and friendly. The hotel overall needs renovations (extensive water damage in our room in multiple areas) and more attention to housekeeping standards. Not a horrible experience but would not book there again.

A great stay, with a lot of room options.

Spacious room, good kitchen facilities, good breakfast

No cribs in the bedroom, even if you ordered it, you need to go and pick it up at the reception. The first one they gave us was awfully dirty. We were on a floor that smelled very badly (covered up mold?). Very noisy AC, almost impossible to hear anything else in that room.

AC in hallways was freezing. Rooms had their own thermostat- great. Pool outside and courtyard very nice

Good value and ckean

The am and pm staff very patient and accommodating very nice and kind . Great job !!! I really like the water refill station by the bathroom . It saves from buying bottled water .
