My air conditioner didn't work too well, bad luck that I visited while it was warm in Buffalo. Also, got double charged when I got checked in, thankfully they're working to get that resolved

clean

front desk at 6 am had a sign to drop keys because they were helping another guest. not true, bc when i hit the bell, front desk person came around corner from back office so i think they just didnt want to be bothered at 6am and might have been sleeping. sign should give options of drop off keys, or ring bell if you need assistance. but dont say "helping another guest"

The room was up-to-date, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Staff was attentive and friendly. The breakfast provided was also a decent meal with alternatives. Right across the street from the airport and close to downtown. My only concern was there was minimal linens and the lock on the door got stuck a few times.

"Go Buffalo!"

Ariel front desk attendant was fabulous. She helped every aspect of our stay. Sam the shuttle driver, went out of his way to help us out of town folks enjoy our stay. Paul, another shuttle driver also chipped in to do room service. Anna was great for breakfast! It was a total team effort! Let’s go Buffalo!!
