"It was ok but the place needs a good cleaning"

The breakfast was ok, and staff was pleasant

Room could have been cleaner. The carpet was filthy, and I killed at least five huge spiders in my room. I also asked to be close to the ice machine and pool I was not.

Stayed in the suite for two weeks, and each week got sick. Inspected the bed one afternoon and there was black specks all over the side of my bed where the air conditioner directly blower. Went to brush it off and it smeared. BLACK MOLD it what it looked like.

"I will never stay again. Obviously they are losing money or repairs would be made"

I felt my room was filthy. Everything had a sticky touch to it TV didn’t work properly. There was no coffee pot in room and stated there would be. Bathroom light was stained all the way around it. The window had a small BB gun pellet gun possibly hole and a board in the window track due to needing a lock

"Needs maintenance"

The bed was fine, water and AC and electricity worked, indoor pool was nice, breakfast was good. Noted an electric outlet cover was loose, and shower rod was loose and hanging slightly. Rug was sticky. Hot tub was empty and out of order.
