El personal muy amable, este punto lo destaco mucho, desayuno rico y abundante, a 3 cuadras de la playa Copacabana muy seguro el lugar, volvería por el personal, de verdad muy amables todos y preocupados

No es un hotel moderno, falla el wifi, su television no tiene Smart tv, El aire acondicionado suena raro, Pero cumple la función.

Camas confortáveis, boa iluminação no quarto, varanda com vista para o nascer do sol, a maioria dos funcionários são educados, café da manhã bem completo e localização excelente.

O quarto em que ficamos precisa de alguma manutenções: nas bordas do piso e do armário o mdf está se desfazendo e o chuveiro que parece um bica.
