Fomos recebidos por um atendente muito atencioso na recepção.

Ficamos 3 diárias e a troca de produtos higiênicos, toalhas e cama só foram feitas 1 vez. O cartão de entrada para o quarto todas as vezes não reconhecia e tivemos que trocá-lo. A piscina não é aquecida. Precisamos falar com o Hotel antes da hospedagem e o mesmo nao atendia ligação, tirava do gancho e desligava. O recepcionista disse que nao estão tendo telefonista, e por esse motivo nao conseguem atender.
