Lamentablemente cuando llegamos pese a tener una reserva no tenían nuestras habitaciones. La reserva la tenía desde enero. Dijeron que habían tratada de contactarme y nunca recibí mensaje alguno y mi reserva aparecía vigente en booking. Sugirieron mandarme a un hotel de la cadena cerca al aeropuerto pero no era aceptable pues debía estar cerca a esa área y no a 30 min. . Servicio al cliente de booking ayudó mucho Al final entiendo que lograron mandar a otros huéspedes y pudimos alojarnos pero fueron un par de horas desagradables.
