Needs bigger TV's but everything else was great!

Everything was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure was a little low but other than that everything was great

We loved the atmosphere. Wished there was an adult pool. Our Villa was so comfortable, but upstairs wasnt good for me, health issues. Property was nice, but when you have by the sea in your name, then we should be able to enjoy the sea, which we couldn't. We had to leave the property to go to the beach.

Good location on the island. The condo was nice overall, very soacious. The pool and playground were perfect for kids.

The condo was a bit dated. No beach access due to storms last year. I booked through booking.com. I could not get an itemized receipt from The Villas or booking.com. The staff at Villas at checkout and on the phone afterwards were not helpful. The staff at check in were exceptional.

The villa was very clean and spacious. The couch was amazing! The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, etc.

The fridge was turned down low the first night we arrived so we lost some of our food. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely firm and the lowest setting on the ac was 70 so we stayed hot.

My husband and I stayed at Villa‘s by the sea unit 276 over the memorial Day weekend 2025. We made the reservations in September 2024 due to it being a busy weekend. 30 days prior to our rental date I received an email requesting the rental balance-I called Parker Kaufman to confirm receipt of payment at least twice prior to our rental date Imagine our surprise when we went to take a walk on the beach and were met with boulders and NO BEACH ACCESS-when contacting Parker Kaufman I was met with an “attitude” and told they had no control over hurricanes. They certainly had no problem contacting me requesting the balance of my money, and I feel it should have been mentioned that there was no beach access due to the storm I will never use Parker Kaufman for any future visits

Very nice condo. Appreciated all the amenities.

Positives:It was clean, everything worked, free WiFi. Access to pool towels. Negatives: there was no frying pan. The ceiling fan in the Master is low, I raised my arms to take off a shirt and my fingers got caught in the blades. The vanity light in the master should be over the mirror, but it’s a foot and a half to the right. The ceiling fan downstairs should be in the living room, not over where the food is served. If you’re looking for a place where you can walk right onto the beach- dont be misled as I was when I called. I told him I want to relax and have a room practically on the beach.They said my room was just steps away from beach access but failed to tell me about the 8ft high rock wall built, blocking the view of the water. So I could get to the sand easily, but had to walk maybe .5 mile to Driftwood beach if I wanted to actually SEE the water from the beach. That was my first and last time at Jekyll, there’s nothing to do. The village is deserted, even on a Friday night. No one seemed to dress up for dinner, there were no ‘nice’ restaurants. Lots of fried food served. We called to reserve kayaks, everything was booked. It’s very quiet with not much going on.
