Cooles Hotel in grandioser Lage (oberhalb des Hauptbahnhofes). Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und wirklich gut . Zeitweise gab es Wartezeiten bei der einzigen Kaffeemaschine - was aber nicht schlimm war . Die Zimmer mit Stadtblick lohnen sich - anderenfalls schaut man den vis a vis Zimmer bei den deckenhohen Fenster rein .

The only thing Hyatt about this place is the name. No Hyatt standards and no Hyatt service. We arrived to find a room with windows into fully enclosed, inside courtyard- no direct access to sunlight. The room was half dark all day. Request for room change was denied with no real explanation as to why. To top that off, our sink was clogged and only lukewarm warm water in the shower. Next day the sink was fixed but shower was still barely warm. Complained at checkout - nothing. Called and self for manager - 4 hours later a supervisor calls back and instead of offering an apology she started to argue with me that hotel did not do anything wrong. She offered 1000 Hyatt points. Looking on their website it equates to $23 to $39 usd. Still waiting to speak with their “general manager” it’s been 5 days. Do yourself a favor, find another hotel. There are thee of them on the same plaza.

Frühstück hat die Erwartung übertroffen, Zentrale Lage im Bahnhof, trotzdem angenehm und leise Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Für einen kurzen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt absolut ok.
