Room was comfy. Food was very good. Loved the grounds. I would recommend this place.

Exceptionally clean room, wonderful outdoor beachside sitting area, easy to park, good coffee, the breakfast was amazing to start our day off! 10/10 would stay here again.

The lake side area was very nice. Pool was clean.

Nice place in a very small town. Staff was great, as was the view.

We really enjoyed our week long stay here. We loved being able to walk on the beach and look at rocks. We attempted to have a bon fire but the wood was really wet so we werent very successful but we definitely laughed about our attempts. We also enjoyed using the pool and hot tub every night after a long day of hiking and adventures! The wifi kept going in and out and we had no service so it made making phone calls a bit difficult but that didnt bother us too much because we did enjoy being disconnected for a bit! When we checked in Kory helped us and told us he made the waterfall map and we took it with us everywhere and tried to hit all the beautiful waterfalls so that was a super nice thing since we couldnt get service! Very happy with our stay and looking forward to making the trip back up next year!

Excellent location near Porcupine Mountains and beach side Lake Superior and Big Iron River frontage. Many amenities. Attached restaurant which was convenient for us. Nicest Hotel for miles. We enjoyed our stay! There were campfire pits burning right beside the lakeshore, what a great way to enjoy the sunset!

This hotel has potential. It’s a great location, close to the porkies. The rooms rooms are big, have a refrigerator and microwave and they are clean. The beds are horrible. We had a king size bed and you could feel the springs in your back. I woke up barely able to walk. It’s two days later and I’m still hunched over. The front desk staff needs to learn to smile and appreciate having guests. They were just rude and unfriendly. The rest of the staff were very friendly. I would not stay here again because of the beds. If coming to this area I would strongly recommend looking for a different hotel or a VRBO.

This is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the staff who runs it is so nice. The best part is that it is right on Lake superior unbelievable views great day, will definitely stay again.

The service was excellent and we enjoyed the location, the pool, and the restaurant. The biggest concern we had was the laundry services for guests; they were limited and the dryer took almost 2 1/2 hours to completely dry our clothing even though we didn’t overfill the dryer. The filter was torn and caught on clothing. The other concern were the bed linens which were very itchy and rough to sleep on. That said, our stay overall was very pleasant!
