The receptionist or the owner was VERY RUDE? She provided horrible customer service.She had the nastiest attitude. When I checked in from jump. The sofa bed didn’t have any sheets. My daughter went to get some she responsed YOU DIDNT RECEIVE SERVICE THIS MORNING? COME BACK IN 5 MINUTES. My daughter 2 friends stopped by. She was watching them leave so when my daughter came back for the sheets she asked her how many people in the room! I saw you walking with 2 teenagers earlier. Which has nothing to do with the fact there’s no sheets on the sofa sleeper & they had left hours ago. No one was in the room but myself, daughter, and grand daughter.

Thankful for these facilities. We’ve stayed their before , chose somewhere different this trip for the sake of an indoor pool, made it one night at the other place and the conditions were so disgusting and uncomfortable we checked out and came straight to Super 8 where we’ve always had a wonderful experience for at least 8 stays now! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and great location.
