Hotel Saddleback Los Angeles - Norwalk

Nice place

Room was old with stained carpet, stained curtains, tears in shower curtain, and the TV would not work at all. We have stayed there before and the rooms were much better than the room we had this time. We probably will not stay there again after this last experience.

This hotel goes beyond “no frills” all the way to “no effort.” No fridges or microwaves. Hot tub out of order. Towels are small and rough as sandpaper. Lobby is locked at night with a lobby chair stuck through the doors handles. And I witnessed them check in a person escorted by the police and what must have been his probation officer. Halfway house? Unless you’re a NL Vacation fan, there is zero reason to stay at this hotel. Just terrible.

The hotel was crummy. The whole place felt run down. Wouldnt have minded that but Our TV barely worked, and the sheets were dirty. The worst part was the front desk ensured me the spa and pool were open, but both were ice cold. People partied all night. Would not recommend this location at all.

I was genuinely afraid for my life. I didn’t know what to do so i left and slept in my car.

Showers was dirty. TV was not working properly. I had to change rooms because my 1st room had a terrible smell. There were NO towels. I do NOT recommend this hotel, everything is outdated. Hotel needs serious repairs & maintenance. Hotel staff were nice & helpful.

Could use upgrading. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Toilet was broke
