Very clean! No smell. The staff was very friendly. Great location if visiting downtown Chattanooga

The elevator was very noisy

After hours access was a little funky but felt safe as single women traveling and the room was very clean and comfortable. Great location for access to Ruby Falls and Rock City.

For the price , the room was clean did not have any weird smells, and the bed was comfortable. but we were concerned because our door did not lock when you shut it. Unless you put the deadbolt and the latch thing on the door. You could just push the door open without having a key.

Credit card was charged $50 for security deposit

Close to Chattanooga, easy parking, comfy bed, for a good price. No breakfast, but the Dollar Store just across the street has groceries, including yoghurt, milk, cereals and bread.

On a busy road. There is free (very weak American) coffee, but no breakfast.

Convenient, comfortable, clean, quiet, safe.

I asked to be on my first floor due to a disabled person that had just had surgery with easy access instead I will put on the second floor away from the door they did have an elevator however when we went to leave that morning the elevator was out of order and the person I was with had to try to walk down the stairs after surgery due to them putting this on the second floor then when confronted they said that it was not their problem
