Was moved to another property without knowledge.

Very ran down.

The location was amazing! Two blocks from the beach.

The property is old and rundown. There’s not even a phone in your room. You have to walk two blocks to the office to check in, that’s carrying all your luggage, which is annoying. You can’t get extra towels unless you bring a towel to trade one in for a new towel. There is a tiny built-in electric stove, sink, and microwave, however, there are no cooking utensils whatsoever so it’s kind of pointless to have that in your room. They only serve breakfast for an hour and 30 minutes, you go into a small room connected to a patio area, and I really wouldn’t call it breakfast. Not even a continental one. It was slices of bread, one kind of bagels, a large jar of peanut butter that everyone was digging out of, and a huge tub of cream cheese that everyone was digging out of. You could grab a banana or some dry cereal and milk. Extremely noisy. Fight across the street every night. Didn’t feel safe.

Hostile staff, drug smell, and refusal to honor booking My stay was completely ruined by the staff’s behavior. The receptionist, Patricia, was incredibly aggressive and was literally shouting at people. The entire reception area had a strong, lingering smell of marijuana, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. Furthermore, when I pointed out the issues, she retaliated by claiming there were no rooms available. I showed her that rooms were still available on Booking.com, but she refused to listen. She even went so far as to tell other staff members in front of me to stop checking people in, even though rooms were clearly available. It was a blatant lie and an attempt to deny me my reservation out of spite. This is absolutely unacceptable treatment of a paying guest. Do not stay here!"

Had to walk in the rain to the main office. And back to the actual room

Location is about it.

I booked for 2 weeks as ot said it had a kitchenette. So they had a a 2 burner stove, fridge microwave, toaster and coffee pot. What they didn't have was pans, cutlery or any way to use the kitchenette. When I asked they offered to refer me to restaurants in the area. All the other properties I have stayed in for the last 3 months were fully equipped. Totally felt scammed.

I did not get the breakfast. The only thing really good about this hotel is the location. The rest is barely tolerable, including the staff.

The rooms were substandard. The staff was tolerable. The location to the beach was great.

Proximity to boardwalk and beach.
