NLLow density hotel and not crowded. Best service. Clean, beautiful and uncrowded swimming pool and beach. All complaints are handled immediately. Our vacation went smoothly thank you and congratulations to all the team staff.
We booked the Garden Suite. The room was big and clean but a bit old. Our ceiling fan blew at night and they immediately changed a new one after complaining. Compared to the expensive price of the accommodation, it doesn't seem worth the old room.

Eten onder de maat. Excursies te duur en onervaren personeel. Niet wat je verwacht van 5 sterren. De totale ervaring is het geld niet waard.

Leider extrem in die Jahre gekommene Anlage. Für ein 3* Sterne angemessener Komfort - auch im Quervergleich mit Malayischen Hotels. Leider ruft das Hotel mit 1000.- CHF pro Nacht Preise wie das Chedi Andermatt auf - je nach Angebot. Betten/Bettzeug: unkomfortabel Zimmer: alt, Klimaanlagen laut Pool: ungepflegt - wurde auch auf mehrfachen Hinweis der Gäste nicht gereinigt Essen: für Malaysia teuer, Qualität knapp ok. Personal: echt nett und zuvorkommend

I was a bit disappointed with the buffet breakfast, especially given the resort’s premium pricing and reputation as a top-tier destination. The selection was quite limited and lacked the variety and quality you would typically expect from a luxury resort. Hot items were basic , and there were few international options available. For a resort of this standard, I believe the breakfast experience could be significantly elevated to match the overall quality of the stay. With more diverse choices, fresher ingredients, and improved presentation, the morning meal could become a real highlight for guests.
BEJ’ai particulièrement aimé la gentillesse du personnel en particulier le bar de la plage et Mme Hasni du centre de récréation , très prévenante et efficace et veut satisfaire les clients . Les repas sont très abordables également.
