Hotel Misión Ciudad Valles

A beautiful hotel. Food was good but a bit overpriced. Walking in the town was pleasant. Not so great: Had to sign the standard waiver saying the hotel would not be responsible for ‘lost’ or stolen items; but there wasn’t a safe in the room. Also the hotel did not take cash so we couldn’t change larger bills in order to leave tips. Staff were very reserved, did not really feel welcome here. Also upon checkout Front Desk tried to get me to pay for additional drinks I did not have… asked to see the chit and although it was my room number it was not my signature. Very uncomfortable as they were quite insistent and it was difficult to communicate (I do not speak Spanish and their English was poor). In the end I refused to pay.

Pésimo servicio

El hotel esta bien ubicado y cuenta con amplio estacionamiento, el personal tambien fue muy amable siempre en todo momento, el unico detalle a resaltar serian las habitaciones, tiene muebles viejos que hacen que las habitaciones sobre todo se vean descuidadas. Yo se que es una ciudad con mucha humedad, pero podrian tratar de limpiar las manchas que deja en los cuartos, tambien las paredes son blancas y suicias, son esos detalles que tal vez no son importantes pero al ultimo levantan o bajan mucho el aspecto.

Todo excelente, desde la recepción y la atención. No tuvimos oportunidad de disfrutar todas las amenidades, pero si quedan las ganas de regresar.

Falta mantenimiento

The property is at a great location. However, the WiFi doesn’t not reach all the property, the tv in the room did not work, the bed seemed to have been damaged and there were stain in the sheets. Price seems a bit high for the amenities .
