Fabulous hotel… great well appointed rooms…valet parking, room service check-in and check out all very efficient. We will only stay in this hotel anytime in Querétaro! Great smells all through the hotel… we had a great experience and will return.

I was surprised to see that all were so nice + professional, without being fake about it like I often see it at Marriott hotels, where employees are sooo nice...you know they're overboard about it and feels "platiquee". The bed was SO comfortable, pillows were delicious, and food was good for breakfast buffet, and really good for lunch/dinner, especially the shrimp salad....Mmmm

We held our annual event at this facility and stayed on the property. Rooms are fantastic. The gym is a jewel. The restaurant is decent. The coffee is horrible. The service is exceptional. The facilities are well maintained. We will return.
