Very friendly staff throughout - reception, the bar, at breakfast. Relaxing. We enjoyed the musician in the bar. Nice pool. Able to store our bikes. Helpful when we needed to extend our stay. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Location suited us - we could walk or ride to Cascais and public transport to Sintra was easy.

Bedding could be improved - small duvet between 2 sheets rather than a duvet cover and poor quality pillows. Some teapots and better juice at breakfast would be a plus.

We have had multiple stays here. We repeat because it’s clean, good location and well priced. This last visit we were told that the booking was only for one person? We book probably 40-60 hotels a year. Never had this happen. Leanor and Darlene at reception were not interested. “Take it up with Booking”. We were then charged extra for second person and extra for breakfast. When trying to get the names I was met with very aggressive “why do you want to know”. Overall a bad experience we have never had before in Portugal.

Unhelpful front desk - previously we had Ana who was extremely polite and helpful.

hôtel vieillissant au niveau des chambres. Les lits ne sont pas confortables (ressorts) Manque d’isolation phonique dans les chambres

Preiswert.

Uns wurden bei der Buchung zu fünft drei Zimmer angeboten. 2x 3 Bett + 1x 2 Bett Zimmer. Wir hätten uns eines sparen können. Zu fünft am Frühstückstisch war dem Personal nicht möglich.
