there was a lot of black mold around the tub

Spacious suites, tropical courtyard and pool area, friendly staff, quiet location.

The floor was not clean and I had to wear shoes the entire time. Our tv did not work, staff tried to fix but were not successful. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I had to go to the chiropractor when I returned home. It is a bit of a walk to the more action packed part of Duval Street.

Th location was amazing! It is not super fancy but so cozy and people are so nice

Great location. The staff are super sweet. The rooms were clean. A very relaxed atmosphere. A small quiet place to unwind.

Our 1st assigned room #10 had a broken refrigerator. It took 2 days for a room to become available and then we were moved. I believe it would have been easier to purchase another dorm refrigerator. Both rooms were called by windows sir conditioners. Both of the units were old and rusty. The air caused me to have Asthma issues. Although the staff was amazing it does appear as if the owner does not reinvest in his property. Lots of upgrades and landscaping clean up needed.
