La primera habitación pésimo. El cuarto sucio el baño peor de sucio la regadera no sirvió x lo que nos cambiarion a otro que no funcionaba la tv. Le urge una remodelación. No regreso a ese hotel

Puede ser q por ser fecha de hospedaje bajo, nos quedamos 1 noche del 01 al 02 de enero ... no recibimos buen servicio así como la habitación estaba un poco sucia

Esta muy deteriorado el hotel está muy viejo me salieron cucarachas en la habitación terrible no lo recomiendo

Muy decepcionado del Hotel. Su persona le amable; no dieron la típica galleta con la que te reciben en la cadena hotelera. El baño no tenía toallas; no había agua caliente en la regadera, el internet lento y las instalaciones ya viejas.

First the all , they didn't have to change rooms because the AC made a lot of noise. later in the other room the toilet did not serve the water deposit and we decided to stay in that room for the reason that I am a disabled person and it was a lot of trouble to be moving from one place to another. When I make the check in, I mentions to want a room near the elevator and it was the opposite, she gave me in the last level floor and the most remote from the elevator but since when I found out about the room, I only called the front desck to make a complaint.

El hotel esta excelente, la habitación que escogimos muy amplia, me gustó que tuviera refrigerador, la alberca techada excelente para los niños

El hotel necesita una renovación y mantenimiento a fondo, mubles viejos, sucios y electrodomésticos obsoletos, se me asigno una habitacion sucia y al llegar a la nueva estaba hecha pero con muchos detalles de limpieza, migajas en la alfombra, y sobres de condimento bajo el sofa, lo mas rescatable es el almuerzo incluido
