Hotel Palmeras De Mariana

Staffs are helpful, good location in the middle of bucaramanga so if you want to visit something, it's great. many local food around.

The street noises are crazy all day long.

Nice clean room, I had the balcony room with a nice view at the 3rd floor. Pretty noisy in the morning but I don't mind about that.

The pillows are covered in some kind of plastic with the pillow sheet over. Feels like crap and the sheet is heating up from the plastic, awful experience.

the light at the room was not bright at all, making it really hard to see at night. while there was an electric shower, it didn’t work so no hot water available.

The staff are friendly. The location is great (there are clubs down the street to enjoy) and the view is fantastic (mountain range in the distance).

The only negative thing I would say is that there isn’t a elevator. So if you have an ankle injury or are disabled stick to the first two floors. We asked for the 4th floor for the view.
