Odour permeated our clothing. Staff was nice but our stay was not enjoyable. We would not return to this hotel for our next visit to Ft McMurray

The hotel and staff were very good. The room was very clean. The hotel was quiet in the night. Great location for us to visit family.

The pool was rather small, and the hot tub was out of order. The restaurant food could have been better. Did not receive my invoice online as I was told I would. It's the day after leaving, and I'm still waiting for it.

"My day was short, so it was manageable but not having a microwave a dirty fridge with old food and not having lights oth"

Bed was comfortable staff was nice

Oh, but one of my lightbulbs was burnt out the microwave didn’t work the fridge had someone’s old food in it the garbages had no bag bags there was no recycle bin for bottles and at 11 at night someone was in the gym on the treadmill for two hours, and you could hear the thumping more soundproofing as needed if the gym is gonna be on the second floor right beside a room .
