Inya Lake Hotel Yangon

I have had a,very nice Stay at amazing Inya Lake Hotel, very nice Hotel and most important very nice Staff Members, very helpful for a frequent travel like me, booking tours, taxis, providing accurate answers to all my questions. Especially would like to mention Front Desk Staff Members Dan, Min and Dad, all three of them very helpful I am.going now to Nay Pyi Taw and will be back tomorrow, will stay one more night at Inya Like Hotel with happiness

hotel staff are welcome and have very nice customer service. Whenever we request something, like i want to print .., like this time , they never hesitate to help us out . The FO staff, Yin , Two and Wai are very friendly and always ready to help the customers ..

I had an amazing stay at Inya Lake Hotel Yangon, and one of the highlights was definitely the wonderful housekeeping service from Phyo Htet Moe, Aung San Phyo and Phyo Lae Wai. They is incredibly kind, gentle, and warm-hearted—always greeting guests with a sincere smile that makes you feel right at home. My room was consistently spotless, neatly arranged, and refreshed with so much care that it felt cozy and welcoming throughout my pays great attention to detail and truly goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable. Their kindness and warmth made my stay unforgettable. If you’re visiting Yangon, I highly recommend staying at Inya Lake Hotel—you’ll be lucky if you meet someone as dedicated and caring as him!

I am happy to share that when I stayed at the Inya Lake Hotel Yangon was getting fresh air and a very nice lake view. Also, Kyaw Zin Oo and Eaindra Linn, who are housekeeping staff and they did hardworking and cleaning carefully in the room. I noticed that the concierges and some securities are very busy when making events and wedding receptions. After the event and various receptions, should be cleaned immediately on the grassland such as paper issue and plastic bags. Walking exercise is especially good in the hotel compound as I remember. Excellent! All the hotel services were outstanding, and they fully met all my needs. Their dining system was specially arranged for us, and all the services were remarkably appealing. Ms. Phyo Lae Wai and Ms. Thiri Mon were very hardworking in cleaning the rooms, and they made a sincere effort to maintain cleanliness. I truly appreciate their work and service. Thank you!

I stayed 4 nights in a Superior Room of Inya Lake Hotel for a training session. The room is quite comfortable for a business/solo man but it would be much better if they can change a better air conditioning in the room. The noise of AC indoor unit is a bit annoying especially at a sleeping time. Almost of all days that I stayed, the breakfast time (around 8:30am) was very crowded and had not much variety of food choice for the local people. Specially thanks to the two wonderful housekeeping ladies, Htet Htet and Wint Phoo Eain, who helped and kept my room clean and tidy.

I enjoy staying this hotel. This hotel makes me feel like the home away from home. The room attendant Htet Htet and Wint Phoo Eain have a brilliant service. They treat us like their family members and they handled my requests professionally. I really satisfied with their services and the cleanliness of room is super.

Phyo Lae Wai ,Thiri Mon and Eaindra Moe Myint consistently deliver excellent room cleaning services. Their work is thorough,organized and always completed with great attention to detail. They maintain hogh hygiene standard, ensure rooms are well arranged and handle all tasks efficiently.
