I love staying at this hotel. Service is amazing and the staff is so welcoming and friendly.

The bed were comfortable and the room was clean

The check in was less than ideal. I booked through a website and the check in person did not do a thorough name search. I had to sit in the lobby on my cell phone for 15 min waiting for customer service to call the hotel and confirm my reservation. The clerk didn't check for my first and last name which were transposed. She was quick to keep saying she couldn't find me in the system. After traveling for 10 hours, it was frustrating and I feel she could have done a little better especially since I showed her the confirmation from the website and my email.

Marriot always is a good quality for your money spent

I was disappointed on the 4 nights we stayed we never got our rooms cleaned . We were offered when we checked in a when we extended another night . But never cleaned our room.

It is in my home town.

It was nice, clean, and convenient. I wish the pet fee was less than $100.
