"Exceptional"

The cottage was bright exceptionally clean and comfortable. Ian was a great host. It was ideally located to the town and beach. Surroundings quiet. Will definitely recommend and will go back.

"Despite minor grumbles it is a fabulous cottage ideally situated to explore Saltburn and the area."

The hosts were very helpful with sending information beforehand. The cottage was very clean, cosy, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for walking into town and along the coast on the Cleveland Way and beyond. There were many restaurants and places to eat and drink only a short walk away as well as the Saturday market which was wonderful.

The sofas were slightly uncomfortable and there is no towel drier in the bathroom or a working fan.

Great location for everything Saltburn has to offer, plus comfortable and good quality. All was provided at the cottage that was needed. We would stay again in the future.

"Lovely property in a very nice part of town. Short walk to town snd the pier."

The storage heaters were not very hot so the living room was quite cold. The fan heater was noisy if you wanted to watch tv.
