Endroit super. Personnels très agréables et à l'écoute..

Hôtel qui a connu de meilleurs jours. Porte fenêtre qui ferme mal, ruban isolant qui tombe, vis de fixation de la tête de lit qui dépassent au niveau du couchage, porte de l'armoire qui ne ferme pas...etc Un bel endroit face au Tarn. Dommage ce naufrage en cours

L'arrivée de foire et manèges au pied de l'hôtel

L’emplacement, le confort de la chambre, les petites attentions (bouilloire, café, thé), la qualité des serviettes, l’espace de la chambre et salle de bain, le petit déjeuner, la décoration, l’amabilité du personnel

De nombreuses prises dans la chambre mais toutes en bas (pas pratique pour brancher la bouilloire) et il n’y en avait pas dans la salle de bain

Beautiful historic building, fantastic location, room with incredible view of the bridge. Very helpful staff, bike friendly place, good breakfast.

Room was a good size

over priced restaurant, had a ribeye steak and asked for medium and cam out medium rare, sent it back and plate was return with a steak that had just about be passable as medium, they forgot to provide a side of fries and no staff bothered to ask if we were ok or ask if we needed any more drinks, 39, and 49 euros for a piece of ribeye that bearly had any meat on it, really poor dinner and service, and 3 pieces of bread in a small basket, no butter, no condiments,. No lounge area, Fire alarm went off at midnight, and could not tell who staff were as not in any uniform or hi vis, really poor show, and once down stairs in reception, everyone seems just to go back to there rooms no one made any annoucment or spoke to the guest clearly whether in french or english, breakfast as basic and no free coffee offered Parking area seemed to be under some construction and unclear where guests could park, Overall really poor experience and overpriced dinner and service, almost shoddy

This is a charming & beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Close to all that Moissac has to offer.
