"Quiet area"

10.0

Worked well for me as a woman traveling alone. The building was very secure, requiring secure key fob for building entry. Building was quiet and good for conference access up the road.

"Just OK for suite 401"

6.0

Hotel impossible would have a field day with this unit. It was in desperate need of a thorough cleaning (check out the dust on the pictures!). Above the bath there seemed to be mould growing, and if you weren't careful, you would trip on the TV wires and hit your head on the TV going out of the master sliding doors. If you were in need of ice, you could chip if off the bottom of the patio doors in the morning. Someone had broken the adjuster lever off of the toaster, and the fridge froze items, even though it was on the lowest setting. Expedia advertised free breakfast, which wasn't the case - we'll obviously be saying something about that. As for the leasing agent, when we booked the 1st week of Nov, we asked for a king bed. The week before our trip we were told we couldn't have one, as Expedia clients get what's left after all other clients have booked through Great Western. When we called the leasing agent for more toilet paper (2 rolls don't go far with 4 people), we were initially told that we would need to drive to them to pick it up (they are the other end of main street) or go buy it yourselves...really??! Then they should indicate the limit is 2 and we would have purchased some when we went shopping 2 days earlier (grocery store is also the other end of town). After more negotiation, they had maintenance deliver 4 rolls to the room (that's the way to go - customer focus!).

"Slopes"

8.0

I very much enjoyed my stay at Trails End cause alot of places say its a ski in ski out place but really you have to shuddle to the slopes. But Trails End is a true ski in ski out hotel you are right there next to base 9. I alot like that you didnt have to push code to get in the little device u just put upto it an the doors open was great. The room was nice. I really enjoyed my stay plan to stay there again.

"perfect location"

10.0

This was a great location for both ski in and ski out convenience but also only a block from all the action of Main street. Our apartment was cosy and well appointed. We were very happy with the overall holiday experience. The pillows were uncomfortable but nowhere is as comfortable as home so it was a small issue. Check in was easy and the complimentary carry bag was very useful for shopping and laundry. We would love to come back in summer!

"Exceptional"

10.0

I highly recommend Trails End condominiums, it was clean, spacious and ski-in ski out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was outside, very enjoyable after a long day of snowboarding. The hot tub was well kept.

"just ok"

6.0

The location was great, short walk to ski lift, restaurant, activities and downtown area. The building and lobby and hallways were great. The particular condo we rented was old, dated, worn out, and things were not up to par. For instance there was wood look contact paper on the bathroom vanity. Drawers in the kitchen were broken, fell into your hand if you pulled it out. Furniture was dated and there was at least two tears in the cushion fabric. The gas fireplace produced a funky smell when lit. The baseboard heat units were dinged up and needed repair.

"Tough for elderly people"

6.0

When we arrived at the condo we found that we would have to carry our luggage up several stairs to the lobby where we found a clothes cart to get it to our room. I am 81. My wife is 79. We had to lift a fairly heavy oxygen concentrator up those stairs before we could roll it to the elevator. I need it at night to supplement my oxygen supply. In our room, the patio door was stuck and we couldn't open it. Workmen came and opened it for us but then we couldn't lock it. The screen doors on both patio doors were off their rails and the workmen said they needed replacing. I'm sure the clerk was sorry she asked us how we enjoyed our stay, but she seemed disinterested in our reply.

"Mountain get away"

Condo was perfect for a 2 person, 4 night stay. Clean, small, quaint, and in great location in Breckinridge! Used the pool and hot tub, and both were clean & well maintained.

"Great Location, Terrible Condo"

4.0

Location of condo is excellent. Ski in and out, and short walt to downtown. However, the unit that we stayed in was more the equivalent of a motel that would rent by the hour in the inner city, than a condominium in Breckenridge. Tan, commercial grade carpet like you'd see in an old office building, formica missing on the side of the bathroom counter, ancient bathroom fixtures, and sheets and pillows so bad, we drove to Frisco to buy new ones to use just for the week. Pool is across the street and has no view. Our family of four loves Breckenridge and will come again, but we will stay elsewhere, even if it means catching a shuttle to the slopes. I would think the Condo Association, or Great West Lodging would require the condo owner to mandatorily upgrade as this unit is a poor reflection of them both.

"Great location but need updating"

8.0

Great location for ski in/out. The condo (#212) we stayed in needs updating. The couch had ripped cushions, the bed was small and the TV was old school. The bathroom could use some updating as well. But the location more than made up for it.
