Good actitudes from everyone , very kind all the time

Needs a lot of maintenance there are some thinks to fix … in my room sink water always remains Also the carpets smell dirty Shampoo and conditioner looks like weird green thing… and always empty and also don’t smell good so… I don’t recommend to use it .

El hotel está limpio, se ve en buenas condiciones y la recepción fue rápida. La habitación sencilla es bastante amplia, limpia y con amenidades. El personal es amable.

"Muchas áreas de oportunidad."

Ubicación.

No estuvo lista la habitación al check-in, esperamos 1 hr. Sin jabón de manos en la habitación. Gimnasio sin mantenimiento, equipos descompuestos. Guardia de estacionamiento dormido, tuve que abrir yo por la noche. en los 2 días de estancia nunca hicieron el aseo del cuarto.
