"Perfect Getaway"

Staff was nice, no hassle check in, very attentive to requests via text message, which I really like.

I don’t like the outrageous deposit that is now required. $300 is a lot especially when people come to visit and vacation to not have additional money to spend while on vacation. It used to be. $1 deposit and is now $300. Also, I feel like something changed in cleaning solutions or soap for bedding because my son ended up with a rash our first night here which has never happened before. We’ve been staying with Cancun for over 10yrs never had an issue until Thursday night/Friday morning and the bedding is the only out of the norm that we have been able to rule out.

"Overall beautiful and relaxing."

Beautiful property, i love that it felt safe and secure.

The staff was a bit pushy, felt like i was trying to be pushed to do something when i had just gotten in after a 10 hour drive. When told to let us think on it it was again pretty pushy.
