Club Wyndham Royal Sea Cliff

Perfect place to stay. Close to town and restaurants. Close to beaches. Trolley stops in front of hotel and across the street.

Everything was far within the hotel. looks more like an apartment complex and not a hotel. the room did not get cleaned during our stay. It looked like it had not been used in a while, full of dust. I would not stay here again and will not recommend to friends. This was not a very convenient place for me.

Perfect for families. 2bed and 2baths. Wow the 2nd bathroom was perfect. Its a huge condo.

Beautiful property-we didn’t see another resort as nice. Lush, clean, green, beautiful big rooms—I’ll definitely book here again.

Clean and spacious property. Overall a great experience. It has a good resort type of feeling even though it is a timeshare. I wish they had regular housekeeping though.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! This hotel is a total fraud. We were on our first Hawaii trip and when we reached there at around 11 PM for a 2-night stay the manager James told me that they were sold out. He also mentioned he didn't receive a confirmation from Expedia even though it was right there on the email. I paid $424 for this reservation, yet had to call around myself until I got into a crappy place at around 3:45 AM in the morning. All this while traveling with 3 kids! To top it off, Expedia confirmed that the resort was indeed informed, and that they had already charged the amount to Expedia. I still don't have the money back. I am a Gold Expedia member and have traveled to many different countries but never ever had this situation before. The hotel should be immediately sued for their denial of service and for lying to their customers while stealing their money.

It was a wonderful and great experience...until it was time to check out! We made reservations and paid in full back in January of 2018, when I checked out I was told there was a balance due!!! If I paid in full more than 5 months ago, how there is a balance due upon checking out !?! I was told that it was a 1% increase that was added at the beginning of the year (January 1st) since my reservation was done and paid in full 12 days later, it should have been included in the total price, so why I was not even told about this when checking in??? The whole experience was tainted by this last minute surprise when checking out of the property. That being said I want to say thank you to Kourtney, Jennifer and Nohealani who did a fantastic job in helping us in booking fantastic adventures during our stay!

We had a great time here and the only bad thing about the unit was the Air conditioning it was weak so it wasn’t blowing out enough air and it wasn’t cold enough and I had put it down to the lowest temp. I called the concierge twice and they just said it’s ok it’s suppose to be like that. We had to run the fan the whole time. I understand we are locals from Hawaii but we are always mistreated. Also being that kona was really hot you’d think they’d accommodate us but that’s ok. But beautiful place though, very beautiful!
