Forest Suites Resort at Heavenly Village

This is a fabulous location, we stayed for 3 weeks and did not need a car. The walk to the Gondola is 3 minutes with skis and boots, the Transit center another minute. The Shuttle Bus to Reno Airport is about a 5 minute walk. The room was very large with a full kitchen, living area and separate bedroom. Our particular unit was upgraded, from the 1960's general look of the resort, with a large flat screen tv, granite counter and bathroom tops, new(ish) microwave and stove, full vinyl plank flooring and there was a sofa bed and armchair. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage. We asked for and received a room humidifier, a colander and any extra glasses or kitchenware needed when we had friends over for dinner. The only things I can think of that were missing was a soap dish and bathroom brush - though we did have weekly maid service and as many towels as needed. The value for money was really good when you consider the facilities (Pool, Hot Tub, Gym) the location and full daily breakfast and to top it off they had a daily FREE wine happy hour! This is not a luxury hotel but it has everything you need and location is prime. The staff was fantastic too (all of them) and that really made a big difference! We will be going back.

Excellent location close to Gondola and Heavenly Village. It was also a short walk to Harrah's Casino. Beds were comfortable and the hot breakfast buffet was delicious and satisfying. Hot tubs were great after a day of skiing. I highly recommend and would book again.

Great time during the stay. The location is perfect! The staff really puts in the effort and there’s fun activities planned. The kids seemed to be having fun. Watch out for the added $20 parking fee (daily).

The resort is great! It is so convenient to stay in Heavenly village and be steps away from the gondola for skiing as well as restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed all the amenities of the resort: heated pool & hot tub, game room, lawn with corn hole, fire pit for s'more, and complimentary breakfast.

방과 거실온도 조절이 차이가 나서 히터를 틀때 불편했어요. 소파베드가 있는 거실은 추워서 히터 온도를 높여야했는데 방안은 덥고 답답했어요. 그래서 너무 건조했습니다. 그외에는 대체로 다 만족스러웠습니다.

Forest Suites Resort was first and foremost comfortable and welcoming. They had generous extras such as smores night, ice cream socials and complimentary wine. The location was even more convenient than we expected in proximity to the Heavenly Gondola and Heavenly Village. Highly recommend.

Best affordable place to stay in Heavenly village with 5 star amenities! The staff was exceptional and accommodating, breakfast included, happy hour wine and events in the evening, small game room with pool table and basketball for the kids, 2 hot tubs, walk to the gondola! We rented skis right next to gondola so even our short walk we didn’t have to lug our stuff! We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath room with kitchen, very spacious, clean and comfy. They provide coffee, cream and sugar in room and towels for the hot tub. Super convenient when traveling! Will definitely stay again!
