Coffee was good. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. View of creek from room. Close to things we wanted to do.

Room was small. Queen bed was small and not comfortable. Breakfast was minimal, not much selection. TV was a pain to use. Kids were running around and yelling even after 10:00 PM.

They did an excellent job remodeling the lodge. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The Lodge is not in the middle of the hustle and bussle of Branson, but that is what I was looking for. I would definitely stay at the Ozarker Lodge again.

The service at the Ozarker is outstanding! We were lucky to have terrific weather and totally enjoyed sitting near the creek with a fire pit and live music. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Our room was small but clean. We did have issue with the slick bathtub. My husband almost fell getting in the tub. We ended up placing a bath towel on the bottom of the tub and being extra careful. Some anti skid tub mats and a bar installed to allow guests to hold on getting in and out. F
