Close to the beach/walking distance On main road

1) Bathrooms are extremely small. 2) The shower head was broken 3) Even after informing staff the toiletries were never refilled 4)Stayed there for 3 nights didn’t even change the sheets once 5) Not many food options just eggs,fruits and 2 more continental items like bacon and noodles. NO INDIAN FOOD (majority guests were Indians) Also the reception sometimes wont pick up the phone and they were rude as well. WIFI was never working couldn't even checkin for my flight.

Great hotel location and friendly staff. Hotel shows signs of wear and tear like in the bathrooms but rooms are clean. Mountain View room has fantastic scenery. Breakfast had a very poor selection, go elsewhere in town. Overall good experience.

Staff was doing their best to make us feel comfortable. So 10/10 for staff, they are really nice.

WiFi was a nightmare. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. 1 minute works, the next - doesn’t. Working with something like Google Docs is almost impossible. We’re contacting reception on number spud times during days but it was obvious they just don’t know what to do.

Good location and comfortable clean bedroom. Pool area was nice and quiet. Front-office staff was nice.

There is a disco nearby and it won't let you sleep right away as bedrooms are not soundproofing and you can hear the party or the other guests arriving from it. We also had a few concerns with breakfast. There are many options but nothing is refrigerated (cheese is melting for example).
