"Not a 4 star hotel."

Not a 4 star hotel at all. Hotel needs to be renovated ASAP. Our room smelled like dog pee, even though they don’t technically allow dogs. They had to have known about the smell because they had a plug in air freshener in the room, which just made the smell worse. I am sure there are better places to stay in the area.

"Great option in Natchitoches."

Was very satisfied with this hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty cool for sleeping. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t need breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location perfect for access to I49 and Natchitoches. Would stay there again.

Proximity to event.

Not the cleanest. Food was fair. Pancakes were the size of a 50 cent piece. Very disappointing.

"Not enough sound proofing in old hotel. Plumbing in was loose from the wall."

Friendly staff

We’re placed on first floor when thought we would be on third floor. Could hear people in the room above us walking . Couldn’t sleep because of the walking even with my husband’s white noise machine on. We actually checked out a day early because we were so miserable.
