Quality of robes, slippers, bedsheets towels pillows were excellent. Decor and room colours, woodwork wardrobe was beautiful and practical, pretty window, good blackout curtains, view excellent, room temperature control good, lovely lancome products. Lovely to have a free concert on the first night in the bar.

Shower gel dispenser was broken. No soap bar provided. Downstairs area very limited. Food was local style rather than international menu so not really an option for lunch or dinner.

The hotel is located literally steps away from the railway station and just a 10-minute walk from the jetty and the beach, which makes the location extremely convenient while still peaceful and quiet. I stay there every year, and each time I’m impressed by the standard of service. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms are well equipped and extremely comfortable. Despite the central location, the rooms are very quiet, with virtually no noise coming in from outside.
