Hampton Inn Lawrenceville Duluth

The property was well-maintained. The property was going through remodeling but there was no disruptive noises or inconveniences during our stay. The rooms were spacious enough to accommodate 3 of us in the room. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre. The best part of breakfast was the waffles. Breakfast could be more robust with better options. The rooms & hallways were clean, towels & washcloths were replenished as needed. The location was across from a Mall that was within walking distance, if needed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel. They are renovating and made that fact very clear. We were there on a holiday weekend so it wasn't bad. It was very loud the day we left. Rooms are very nice. Staff is nice. Good breakfast. Need bigger towels

Queen, clean and quiet very helpful agent

Our overall stay was quite pleasant. We didn’t spend much time in our room u less it was to shower, sleep, or just change clothes. We had a minor issue with checking in. Once that was resolved, I had an unexpected 95$ charge on my card. The front desk assistant was very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind the charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Construction going on during my stay, but that is understandable and couldn’t be helped. That is the only reason for the medium scores. Overall the stay was superb.

I paid for a garden tub to be in the room was not there. Front desk blamed it on booking but my thing is hotel needs to take down false advertisement with the pictures. I understand the hotel is going the remodeling and I was told thats why my tub wasn't in there. But I paid for it. Very unacceptable. And I feel as if I should get sone of my money back. Not pay full price for false advertisement for room.
